eLawServices has always offered a free plan to qualified Texas filers. If you are a pro se filer that cannot afford to pay for court filing fees, a pro bono attorney or IOLTA funded attorney and filed an Affidavit of Inability to Pay Costs that has been reviewed and accepted by the clerk you qualify for our Free Plan. For qualified pro se filers just forward your documents to us and we will handle for you at no cost to you.. For qualified attorneys we will will set-up a free account for you.

Pro Se and Occasional Filer Plan

For pro se and occasional filers we a offer a fully manged OneClick Solution for $6.50/ filing. We manage everything for you.

No login required, no passwords to remember, no reacquainting yourself with the efiling system or calling for help. Simply enter the email address you used to register with eLawServices, attach your document(s) and click Upload Files. You're done, we handle the rest and return your file stamped copy to you upon acceptance by the court clerk. Start to finish in less than a minute...

Monthly Subscription Plans

For law firms and legal service companies we offer four monthly subscription plans starting at $9.95 per month providing substantial savings over the  traditional pay per transaction fee approach.

If you go over your plan limit you pay a nominal overage fee and you can always upgrade or downgrade your plan based on your current filing needs.  No contract is required and you can cancel at any time.
