Where is eFiling available? Currently there are over 30 counties participating in TexasOnline eFiling for Courts. See a current list of these counties.

Getting Started If you are new to eFiling, you must first register in the TexasOnline system. Registration is simple and there is no obligation. After completing the registration process you can immediately begin eFiling in a participating county.
