How much does it cost?
Our fee is $4.00 per filing, and like all service providers, we must also collect an additional $6.00 for State and County eFiling fees. Your total cost through eLawServices is $10.00 per filing plus the traditional statutory filing fees and credit card transaction fees.

New to eFiling?
If you are new to eFiling, you must first register in the Texas.gov system. Registration is simple and there is no obligation. After completing the registration process you can immediately begin efiling in a participating county.
