Getting Started
Register	To get started you must first register in the Texas Online system. Registration is simple and there is no obligation. After completing the registration process you can immediately begin efiling in a participating county.
Start-up Tips	Be sure that your pop-up blocker is turned off. The efiling system requires that a new window be opened or pop-up to allow you to browse and unload your documents. If your pop-up blocker is turned on you will not be able to load your documents.   To familiarize yourself with the efiling screens and the types of questions to expect, take a look at the demo. About the Demo	The eFiling Demo is a prototype of the Texas eFiling for Courts system. It has been designed for new efiling users to get a feel for how the site is organized, how to update personal account information, the steps involved in efiling and how to obtain filing information from the system.   The spaces can be typed in and choices made from dropdown lists, however, the system is not live and nothing is saved.
